Polyester/acetate dress is blue with a sheer blue overlay over a blue underskirt. Overlay has blue and green floral embroidery with green embroidered scalloped edge. Bodice insert matches the skirt overlay. Dress has two detachable blue satin ribbon bows with blue satin rosettes and blue bead tendrils. A built-in crinoline adds extra fullness. The back features a zippered closure and blue organza bow ties. Hand wash cold, no tumble dry. (Size 2T shown in picture).
