Puff sleeve red polyester velvet dress buttons up the front with white pearl buttons and has white lace around the hem. Dress features a double collar with sheer white organza underneath and white polyester on top. Has floral appliques with small red velvet bows. Comes with matching head band with small red velvet bow centered in a larger white organza bow and red polyester panties. Machine wash cold with like colors. (Size 2T shown in picture)
