Sleeveless dress has lined nylon mint bodice and with three staggered alternating tiers of mint tulle and sheer polyester on the skirt. Dress features a sheer band accented with a pink flower on a sheer mint bow with a pink satin ribbon tendril. Skirt has a mint lining and built-in mint crinoline.
