Sleeveless dress features a dropped waist and has a green cotton/polyester knit bodice. The two-layer handkerchief skirt is polyester with a tangerine tropical floral and sea pattern of clam shells, octopus, fish, crabs, star fish and white bubbles. The handkerchief layer underneath is white with green bubbles. Dress has a pink ribbon tie at the waist in front and comes with a pink flower clip that can be also be worn as a barrette. Machine wash cold with like colors.
