Dress has black polyester/spandex lined velvet bodice with short puff sleeves, and polyester sheer gold skirt with black flock floral pattern. Dress buttons in back and features a black organza ribbon waist band with bow in front and bow tie in back (see more images). The skirt has a polyester gold slip with attached nylon crinoline. Machine wash cold, line dry. (Size 2T shown in picture)
