Terms
- Orders will be filled on a "first come, first serve" basis, and buyers will be notified by email if an item is no longer in stock.
- Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If the item(s) do not fit or do not meet your satisfaction (with the exception of clearance items*), the merchandise must be returned within 7 working days after receipt and in the same condition it is received in order to obtain a refund (shipping will not be refunded).
- We accept
through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card.
- Payment is handled through PayPal and not our site. We never see or have access to your credit card information, unless you place an order by phone. Phone order transactions are not stored on our servers and credit card numbers are destroyed per our merchant agreement.
- We no longer ship internationally. A signature confirmation is required for orders shipped to a different address. Most orders are shipped priority mail as soon as payment is received. Large orders may be shipped by other methods.
- No shipping charges for Billings, Montana customers within the city limits. Please call 406-698-1907 after you place your order to make arrangements to pick up your order. Select the "Billings, MT" shipping option when you check out.
- A $20 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be incurred on all shipments returned "unclaimed."
*All sales are final on items from our clearance department, no returns are allowed.
